Dentist needed in Flemington, NJ

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Lead General Dentist to join a well-established, multi-specialty dental practice in Flemington, New Jersey. This is a full-time, 5-day-per-week opportunity for a dentist with 5+ years of clinical experience who is ready to take on a leadership role while continuing to provide high-quality patient care.

The practice is part of a long-established regional dental organization with multiple locations throughout New Jersey. Clinical & Leadership Responsibilities

The Lead Dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry while serving as a clinical leader within the practice. Responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Providing and overseeing high-quality general dental care
• Educating patients and families regarding treatment options and oral health
• Collaborating with the dental team on comprehensive treatment plans
• Mentoring and supporting other treating dentists
• Prescribing medications when appropriate
• Maintaining thorough documentation of diagnoses, treatments, medications, and consultations
• Helping maintain strong clinical standards throughout the practice

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Minimum 5 years of clinical dental experience required
• Active New Jersey Dental License
• CDS and DEA licenses
• Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Desire to serve as the clinical leader of a busy multi-specialty practice
• Commitment to delivering excellent patient care

Compensation & Benefits

$250,000 – $350,000 annually
