Associate General Dentist | Carlinville & Litchfield, IL | $300K-$325K Year 1 Potential
Join a well-established, family-oriented two-location practice just off I-55 between St. Louis and Springfield. About 7,000 active patients, 50 new patients a month, and a team averaging five years of tenure. This is a long-term seat backfilling a maternity leave that is not returning. No one on the team currently places implants, so there is a clear opening to build that service line.
Compensation and Benefits
- $15,000/month base guarantee
- 30% of collections, no lab fees
- Year 1 earning potential of $300K-$325K
- $15,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $5,000 relocation assistance

Practice Details
- 3-4 clinical days per week, no Saturdays
- About 12 patients per day per provider
- Team of 2 dentists, 5 hygienists, 5 assistants, 6 admin staff
Technology
Digital X-rays with AI software, CBCT, intraoral scanner, CEREC Primescan with in-house mill, 3D printer, and soft-tissue laser.
Location
Small-town Route 66 living with historic downtown squares, lakes, and state parks, within easy reach of the St. Louis metro.
