A well-established, family-oriented two-location general dentistry practice near St. Louis is adding an Associate General Dentist. This is a genuine long-term opportunity with a clear path to partnership.

- $15,000/month base guarantee plus 30% collections, no lab fees
- Year 1 earning potential of $300,000–$350,000
