GENERAL DENTIST – New Bern, NC

The Opportunity
Join a short-term assignment with the enthusiastic and connected team at a practice located in New Bern, NC. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and easy-going provider who enjoys working in a collaborative, camaraderie-focused office culture. The practice is seeking a provider to assist with exams and emergency visits while maintaining smooth patient flow alongside a supportive and energetic team.
Assignment Details
Temporary Doctor Position -New Bern, NC
Temp Position - Medical Leave
Start Date: 8/31/2026
End Date 10/16/2026
Schedule:
Monday- Thursday, with potential for Fridays to be added, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
flexible to do 3-4 days a week.

What You’ll Do
Same-day dentures (lab on sight)
Expectations of care:
Full mouth extractions
denture fittings
Implant restorations
Mush Bites
Consults
ability to go off of already set treatment plans
Requirements
• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active state dental license
• Prior dental experience required
• Experience with endo, ext, and restorative dentistry
• Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
• Comfortable handling exams and emergency visits in a fast-paced setting
