Associate Dentist – Fort Drum, New York

ICON Medical Network is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist for a temp-to-permanent opportunity in Fort Drum, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys comprehensive general dentistry and is interested in joining a smaller, team-oriented practice.

Position Details

• Location: Fort Drum, New York
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Providers are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for the morning team huddle.
• Practice Size: Four-chair dental office
• Position Type: Temp-to-permanent
• Potential locum tenens coverage may be available beginning in November if a permanent provider has not been secured.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide bread-and-butter general dentistry
• Perform comprehensive exams and develop treatment plans
• Deliver restorative and preventive dental care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure an efficient daily workflow
• Root canal therapy and extractions are highly preferred but not required
• Providers with a broad clinical skill set are strongly encouraged to apply

Ideal Candidate

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active New York dental license or ability to obtain one
• Comfortable practicing in a four-chair office
• Confident providing general and restorative dentistry
• Root canal and extraction experience is a plus
• Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Interested in transitioning into a permanent position
