General Dentist | $20K Sign-on | Loan Repayment

A growing FQHC in Hoxie, Kansas is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join its modernized dental practice. This is a unique opportunity for a dentist who wants to make a meaningful impact in a rural community while having the opportunity to build and grow a practice of their own.

The dental office was recently renovated with new operatories, chairs, lights, imaging equipment, computers, and updated technology. The practice has an established patient base and strong community need but has historically operated with very limited dentist coverage. A full-time dentist will have the opportunity to grow the patient base, expand services, and help shape the future of the practice.

Position Highlights

• $180,000+ base salary, depending on experience

• NHSC, Rural Opportunity Zone & PSLF loan repayment opportunities

• J-1 & H-1B visa sponsorship available

• Modern, recently renovated dental facility

• Full scope of general dentistry for patients of all ages

• Opportunity to provide fillings, extractions, crowns, preventive care, and more

• Endodontic experience is a plus, with opportunity to expand services

• Experienced hygienist already in place

• Strong mentorship and support available through a neighboring dental practice

• Community outreach through local schools, long-term care, and a mobile dental unit

• Temporary housing assistance for relocation

• Relocation and $20,000 sign-on available

• 401(k) with 5% employer contribution

• Medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, CME, and generous PTO

• Potential $10,000 county retention incentive for eligible candidates
