Practice Details

The incoming Dentist will enjoy a highly supported clinical environment, including:

  • 32 hours per week | 4 days per week
  • Dentist works from 2 columns
  • 4 operatories
  • Brand-new, state-of-the-art dental clinic opening within the next few months
  • New facility designed and equipped with Henry Schein
  • 1 Full-Time Dental Hygienist
  • 1 Full-Time Dental Assistant
  • 1 Part-Time Dental Assistant

The dental clinic is part of a comprehensive healthcare facility offering multiple services under one roof, including:

  • Primary Care
  • Dental Services
  • Vision Care
  • Mental Health Services

Clinical Scope

The Dentist will provide comprehensive general and preventive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, and other general dental procedures.


Certain specialty procedures are referred to outside specialists, including:

  • Dental Implants
  • Complex Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
  • Hospital-Based Pediatric Cases
  • Molar Endodontics

This allows the Dentist to focus primarily on providing high-quality comprehensive general dentistry while maintaining a healthy and manageable clinical schedule.


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive preventive and restorative dental care
  • Conduct dental examinations and diagnose a variety of oral health conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Perform general dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, and extractions
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and long-term oral health
  • Maintain accurate patient records and electronic health documentation
  • Collaborate with medical providers and other healthcare professionals
  • Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care when necessary
  • Participate in community outreach and oral health education initiatives
  • Provide culturally respectful and patient-centered care
  • Follow all applicable clinic policies, safety standards, and infection-control protocols

Additional Dental Director Responsibilities May Include:

  • Providing clinical leadership and oversight for the dental program
  • Assisting with the development of clinic policies and procedures
  • Supporting and mentoring dental staff
  • Participating in program development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with organizational leadership and other healthcare departments
  • Helping ensure the continued growth and success of the dental program

Qualifications

Associate Dentist Candidates:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Current or eligible for dental licensure in Wisconsin
  • DEA and NPI required
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Dental Director Candidates:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Current or eligible for dental licensure in Wisconsin
  • DEA and NPI required
  • Previous clinical leadership or Dental Director experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
