Position Highlights:

• Ideal Work Environment: Practice in a modern, fully digital 4-operatory office with the ability to expand to 5 operatories, featuring new CBCT/panoramic imaging and intraoral scanners.

• Partnership Opportunities: Exceptional opportunity to grow into practice ownership and partnership, with the potential to buy into up to 40% ownership. Associates interested in expanding their clinical skill set will have mentorship opportunities in surgical dentistry, implants, and endodontics.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Production-based compensation at 30% of adjusted production, paid twice monthly. During the first 90 days, a negotiable daily guarantee is available, or production-based compensation, whichever is higher.
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Comprehensive Benefits Package: Includes dental insurance provided for the employee and family, along with a 401(k) with employer matching contributions.
• Professional Development: Annual attendance at the Pacific Northwest Dental Conference (PNDC) is covered. The practice also provides hands-on mentorship for dentists looking to expand their clinical skills.
• Additional Perks: Opportunity to develop advanced clinical skills while working alongside an experienced owner. Partnership provides the opportunity for profit sharing once ownership is established.

Qualifications:

• Degree: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
• Licensure: Active or obtainable Washington State dental license.
• Skillset: Strong general dentistry foundation with an interest in comprehensive restorative care. The practice offers opportunities to develop skills in surgical dentistry, implant placement, endodontics, and clear aligner orthodontics.
• Experience: No minimum experience required. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with residency training are also welcomed.
• Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not available.
