High-Producing Established Practice | Full-Time Opportunity

Join a busy, established general dentistry practice with a strong patient base, experienced support team, and an immediate opportunity to step into significant existing demand. With several long-tenured doctors transitioning toward retirement, the incoming dentist will have the opportunity to take ownership of a substantial patient schedule and become a key clinical provider within the practice.

This is an excellent fit for an experienced general dentist who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, wants strong earning potential, and is looking for an established practice where they can remain productive without having to build a patient base from scratch.

Position Highlights

• $200,000–$400,000+ annual earning potential, based on individual production and clinical scope.
• Initial daily guarantee for the first three months, followed by % of adjusted production.
• Full-time opportunity with an established, high-volume patient base
• Significant schedule availability as two long-term doctors prepare for retirement
• Current lead doctor plans to remain involved only a few hours in the mornings, creating substantial opportunity for the incoming dentist to assume the majority of clinical volume
• Diverse patient population ranging from adults to families, with many patients who have been with the practice for 40+ years
• Fast-paced, high-producing environment with strong restorative and cosmetic demand
• Experienced clinical support, including two dental assistants with 15+ years of experience
• Approximately 3–4 dental hygienists, two front-office team members, and dedicated practice management
• No call expectations

Clinical Scope & Technology

Practice comprehensive general dentistry with the infrastructure to keep a broad range of procedures in-house, including:

• Crown and bridge
• Cosmetic and restorative dentistry
• Root canal therapy
• Dentures and partials
• Implant restoration
• Routine general dentistry
• Digital dentistry utilizing CEREC
• Digital scanning technology
• Dentrix Enterprise practice management

Compensation & Benefits

• $200,000–$400,000+ earning potential
• initial guarantee for approximately three months
• % of adjusted production thereafter
• Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000

Ideal Candidate

• DDS or DMD with an active or eligible TN state dental license
• Several years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred
• Comfortable practicing comprehensive general dentistry independently
• Strong restorative and cosmetic skill set
• Able to operate efficiently within a busy, well-established practice
• Patient-centered approach with an emphasis on long-term relationships and quality treatment
• Interested in taking on an established schedule and helping drive the continued growth of the practice
