I’m currently working with a well-established and highly respected dental practice in the Tuscaloosa, Alabama area that is actively seeking a General/Peds or Pediatrics Dentist for a permanent opportunity. This role is an excellent fit for a provider looking for long-term stability, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team within a practice that already has a strong and loyal patient base.

The position offers a consistent 4-5 days/week, Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm schedule, supporting a strong work-life balance while practicing in a modern, fully equipped office focused on delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.

  • Patient age range: Pediatrics through young adults

Compensation:

• Compensation: 6-month daily guarantee; 28%-35% net production
• Earning Potential: $250k+

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Alabama dental license
