I’m currently working with a well-established and highly respected dental practice in the Huntsville, Alabama area that is actively seeking a General Dentist for a permanent opportunity. This role is an excellent fit for a provider looking for long-term stability, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team within a practice that already has a strong and loyal patient base.

The position offers a consistent 4 days/week, Monday-Thursday 8am - 5pm schedule, supporting a strong work-life balance while practicing in a modern, fully equipped office focused on delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.

Position Overview

• Location: Huntsville, AL
• Provider Type Needed: General Dentist
• Schedule: 4 days/week
• Procedures: General Dentistry, Molar Endodontics & most oral surgery are a must
• Staff: Practicing as a solo doc while Dr transitions to a new de novo location

Compensation

• Daily Guarantee: 3–6-month daily guarantee
• Compensation: 28-35% of production
• Earning Potential: $200k - 400k+ annually
• Benefits: Health Insurance, 401(k) with match, CE allowance, Malpractice Insurance

Requirements

• Active Alabama State License
• DDS or DMD from an accredited university
