I’m currently working with a well-established and highly respected dental practice in the Orland, California area that is actively seeking a General Dentist for a permanent opportunity. This role is an excellent fit for a provider looking for long-term stability, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team within a practice that already has a strong and loyal patient base.

Practice Overview

• Reason for Need: Looking for an Associate to keep up with patient demand
• Provider Type Needed: General Dentist
• Current Staff: 3 Doctors
• Schedule: 4 days/week, 7-hour days
• Procedures: General Dentistry, Extractions & Root Canals, TMJ & sleep apnea treatment, Restorative Dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures), Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry
• Technology: Cerec, CBCT, Digital radiography, Laser Dentistry, Air abrasion system

Compensation

• Earning: 30% of net production
• Earning Potential: $300,000+ annually
• Sign-on Bonus: Negotiable
