I’m currently working with a well-established and highly respected dental practice in the Washington, DC area that is actively seeking a Gen/Ped or Pediatrics Dentist for a permanent opportunity. This role is an excellent fit for a provider looking for long-term stability, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team within a practice that already has a strong and loyal patient base.
The position offers a consistent 4-5 days/week, Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm schedule, supporting a strong work-life balance while practicing in a modern, fully equipped office focused on delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.

Position Overview
- Location: Washington, District of Columbia
- Provider Type Needed: Pediatric Dentist or General with ped experience
- Schedule: 4-5 days/week; 8a-5p
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and service for our patients by responding promptly to patient, caregiver, and team needs
- Examine patients, diagnose diseases, and effectively treat and perform all necessary procedures
- Educate caregivers and patients regarding all aspects of treatment, and stay informed on the latest dental treatment techniques
- Partner with neighboring practices to inform and educate referring providers of the services provided
- Help kids and their caregivers to develop excellent habits in oral health
- Support efforts to promote the company and attract new patients within the community
- Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children
Qualifications
- State dental license in good standing
- Strong interest in working with children
- Ability to acquire or maintain a Medicaid Provider number and an NPI number
- Attention to detail and ability to handle a diverse workload
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks correctly and on time
