General Dentist (Locum to Perm Option) | Victoria, TX

A dynamic group practice in Victoria is seeking a skilled General Dentist to step into a well-established clinic and provide quality care for patients of all ages. This position offers an immediate start with a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and a seamless locum-to-permanent pathway for interested providers.

The incoming dentist will be supported by a robust clinical team, including two Dental Assistants and three Hygienists, ensuring a smooth daily workflow.

The Role:

• Location: Victoria, TX 77904
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday (flexible 3–4 days per week; prefer 4 days)
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 14–16 patients per day with hygiene checks
• Clinical Scope: Bread-and-butter dentistry including crowns, bridges, simple extractions, and hygiene checks (70% adult, 30% pediatric/adolescent)
• Tech Stack: Open Dental
• Preferred Skills: Comfort treating pediatric and adolescent patients; experience with Medicaid insurance
• Compensation: Competitive pay rate + comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage (Travel, lodging, and mileage coverage provided as needed)

What is Needed:

• Credentials: Active Texas Dental License and current BLS certification (DEA and PALS preferred)
• Onboarding: Fast-track 1–2 week credentialing timeframe
