ICON Dental is seeking an experienced General Dentist for a locum opportunity in Williamsburg, VA. This is a great opportunity for a provider looking to add one consistent day per week to their schedule while working with an established, supportive team.

Assignment Details
Dates: 10/21/26–6/30/27
Schedule: Wednesdays, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
12/31: Half day
Position: Temporary – Additional Support

Practice & Team
13 support team members
2 dentists in the practice – 1 full-time and 1 part-time
Collaborative, team-focused environment
Strong focus on camaraderie and efficient patient flow
Clinical Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient exams
Provide hygiene checks
Diagnose oral health needs using X-rays and other diagnostic tools
Provide restorative and emergency dental care
Maintain efficient patient flow and accurate documentation
Support and collaborate with the clinical team
Deliver a positive patient experience
Requirements
DDS or DMD from an accredited program
Active Virginia dental license
Prior dental experience
Comfortable with hygiene checks and restorative dentistry
Comprehensive diagnostic and treatment-planning skills
Comfortable providing exams and emergency care
