The team is adding an RDH to support strong patient demand and offers approximately 6–8 patients per day, 60-minute hygiene appointments, strong assistant support, and compensation of $50–$55/hour.

Position Details

• Approximately 6–8 hygiene patients per day
• Routine hygiene appointments generally scheduled for 60 minutes
• Additional appointment time can be considered while acclimating
• Dental assistants support X-rays and room turnover
• Separate sterilization support keeps RDHs focused clinically
• Approximately 80% adult / 20% pediatric patient mix
• Modern eight-operatory office with four dedicated hygiene rooms
• Full-time and part-time candidates considered

Compensation & Benefits

• $50–$55/hour, primarily based on experience
• Approximately $104,000–$114,400 annualized at 40 hours/week; actual annual compensation depends on hours worked
• Potential flexibility for a particularly strong candidate slightly above the stated range
• Approximately $5,000 sign-on OR $5,000 relocation assistance may be considered
• Sign-on, when offered, is generally paid in full after 90 days

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Active Wisconsin RDH license or eligibility to obtain
• Local anesthesia certification or ability to obtain
• Nitrous oxide certification or ability to obtain
• Electronic dental record experience preferred
• Loupes encouraged
• New graduates considered
• Strong patient communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable caring for adults and pediatric patients
• Reliable, team-oriented, and patient-focused
