General Dentist | El Paso, TX | $20K Sign-On Bonus
My client is hiring a full-time General Dentist for a solo doctor. You’ll have full clinical autonomy and freedom in treatment planning, with a supportive team and corporate support so you can focus on patients.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20,000 sign-on bonus (negotiable)
- $20K-$23K per month OR 30-32% of adjusted production

- Clinical mentorship in implants, surgical extractions, and endodontics
The Practice
- Solo doctor office with 5 operatories
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Team: office manager, front desk, 3 registered dental assistants, and regional manager
- Corporate support for billing, marketing, call center, and insurance verification
- Denticon PMS, digital X-ray, panoramic machine, Oriscanner, and Overjet AI
- Office production topped $1M in 2025
