This respected practice provides comprehensive, health-centered dentistry in a modern 10-operatory facility and is seeking a dentist interested in a long-term career and potential ownership.

Position Highlights

• Monday–Thursday schedule with flexibility
• Loyal patient base, strong hygiene program and experienced support team
• Work directly with an experienced dentist who holds Master-level recognition from the Academy of General Dentistry and is passionate about teaching
• Advanced restorative dentistry, implants, removable prosthetics, airway health and broad general dentistry
• CBCT, lateral ceph imaging, digital radiography and photography, two wireless Trios 5 scanners, SprintRay Pro 3D printing and lasers
• Opportunity to develop pediatric, growth-and-development, orthodontic and airway-health skills with substantial CE support
• Clear potential pathway toward partnership and practice ownership for the right long-term candidate

Compensation & Benefits

• $180,000 Base Guarantee + 33% of Adjusted Gross Production

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Iowa Dental License or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience preferred; ideal candidates are generally mid-career dentists
• Comfortable with bread-and-butter general dentistry
• Interest in treating children and developing skills in growth, development, and airway-focused care
• Coachable, collaborative, and committed to comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry
• Interested in establishing long-term roots in the area and pursuing future ownership
