Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: Experienced dentists may receive approximately $245,000 base plus 33–36% production/collections incentives
• Total earnings may reach the high $200Ks to $350K+ based on performance
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 with receipts

Qualifications

• Degree: DDS or DMD.
• Licensure: Arkansas dental license required before start date
• Skillset: General dentistry including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and preventive care
• Experienced dentists preferred; new graduates may be considered based on long-term interest and fit.
• Sponsorship: Available
