General Dentist Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose treatment needs
• Provide a broad range of preventive and restorative dental care
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals
• Educate patients regarding their oral health, treatment options, and recommended care
• Establish strong, lasting relationships with patients through exceptional communication and patient care
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and the broader clinical team
• Utilize modern dental technology to support efficient, high-quality patient care
• Provide care consistent with established clinical standards and professional best practices

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered dental care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a supportive clinical team
• CPR/BLS, DEA, and NPI credentials as applicable
