General Dentist (Locum Tenens, Mon-Thu) | Amity, AR

A well-established holistic practice in Amity, Arkansas, seeks a compassionate General Dentist to provide coverage during a provider's sick leave. Operating for over 40 years, this clinic offers a welcoming environment focused on biological dentistry for patients of all ages.

The incoming dentist will collaborate with a supportive team consisting of two assistants, one hygienist, and one front desk professional to ensure a streamlined clinical workflow.

The Role:

• Location: Amity, AR 71921
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, Sept 21st start - 3 weeks with option to extend
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM)
• Patient Volume: Manageable pace of 20–22 patients per day
• Clinical Scope: Composite fillings, extractions, exams, treatment planning, hygiene checks, emergency care, and pediatric fillings/extractions
• Tech Stack: Open Dental charting software
• Preferred Skills: Alignment with biological and holistic dentistry philosophies; DEA registration is preferred but not required
• Compensation: Competitive pay rate + comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage (Lodging and mileage reimbursement provided if necessary; local candidates preferred)

What is Needed:

• Credentials: Active Arkansas Dental License, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• Onboarding: Efficient 1–2 week fast-track onboarding and credentialing timeframe.
