Job Description
Our client in Virginia is actively seeking a skilled Dentist for a 260-day assignment, commencing Dec 7, 2026. This role provides flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, typically Monday-Thursday from 9am-5pm and Fridays 9am-2pm, and will involve performing a full range of general dentistry duties.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform hygiene checks and comprehensive exams.
- Provide fillings, crown and bridge procedures.
- Execute simple extractions.
- Manage emergency walk-in patients.
Additional Information
- EMR: Eaglesoft
- Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Setting: Outpatient clinic
- Call Schedule: No call required
- Patients per day: Approximately 24
- LOA: 260 Days
- Staffing Mix: 2 Dental Assistants, no Dental Hygienists
- Experience with a high Medicaid patient volume is beneficial.
