Position Highlights

• Fully staffed, high-volume general dentistry practice with 8 operatories, including 2 private offices.
• 3-day workweek.
• Paperless charting, digital X-rays, CBCT for implants, and intraoral cameras.
• In-office CEREC same-day crown milling, laser dentistry, and endodontic rotary systems.
• On-site periodontist twice monthly for specialty referrals

Compensation & Benefits

• Demonstrated earning potential — $325K–$350K working just three days a week.
• Production-based after 90 days: daily guarantee during your first 90 days.
• Sign-on bonus of $5,000–$10,000.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Able to obtain Ohio dental license (licensure fee reimbursement available).
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates will be considered.
• A structured yet flexible approach, comfortable working independently.
