Position:

• Reason for Need: Working as a solo-Dentist for over 1-year, volume for 2 FT Dentist
• Schedule: Monday – Friday preferred, may consider 4-days
• Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8 am – 5 pm | Friday: 8 – 1 pm. Morning huddles every day at 7:45 am
• Support Staff: 2 RDHs, 2 DAs, 1 Office Manager
• Procedures: Full service office seeing a high-volume of bread and butter procedures – Fillings, Crowns, Extractions, Partials/Dentures.
  • Ability to drive service line in any direction – do more Implants, Veneers, etc..
  • Typically the larger, more complex procedures are completed on Fridays
  • Practice is currently referring Ortho and Impacted Wisdom (open to investing to get Ortho up and running)
• Patient Ages: Primarily adults, Pediatric volume jumps up significantly in the summer
• Payors: Primarily Delta Dental and FFS
• Practice make-up: 7 Ops total – 2 for hygiene, 2 per doctor, 1 overflow
• New patients: Not currently taking new patients. As soon as hire is made, the team will resume marketing
• Technology: Prime Scan, 3D printer, Surgical Guide, Diode Laster, CBCT, Cloud based (Will invest in new tech)
• Sedation: Oral and Nitrous Oxide

Compensation:

• Guaranteed Salary or % of collections, whichever is greater
• Salary based on experience level, $200-350k annual guarantee
• Collection % based on experience level, 28-33%
• Health insurance plans available, Free Dental for Employe
• 401K with 3% match
• $5k in CE
• Unpaid time off – requested to owner for time off approval
• Will provide Botox and Filler services to employees
