• Patient Base: Older patient base - established for 20+ years
• Support Staff: 2 RDHs, 1 DA
• Technology: Digital X-rays

Compensation

• A daily rate while the doctor ramps up production
• 35% of collections
• Lab Fees – typically paying 35% of their lab fees
• Partnership – available for the right candidate
• Benefits: Medical, in-house dental, 401(k) with match after 1 year, short/long term disability
