Job Description
General Dentist $20,000 Sign On Bonus
Company: Our client is passionate about making every patient feel at home, listened to, and understood. They are known for the great care they take with patients and employees alike.
The Position: Our client is looking for a Dentist. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:
- $225,000 Base Salary or 32% of Collections (no Lab Fees) or 35% (With Lab Fees)
- Salary Can Be Broken Down to a Daily Guarantee
- Quarterly Profit Sharing
- Pathway to Partnership up to 20% Sweat Equity
- Safe harbor 401K
- Monthly Medical Stipend or Access to a Health and Wellness Fund (Depending on Location and Full-Time Status)
- PTO- 4 Weeks- 2 Weeks Paid, 2 Weeks Unpaid
- CE $1500 With Access to Spear Education and Ortho Brain

- Relocation Assistance Available
Requirements:
- Licensed Dentist in the State
- Experienced Dentist Preferred
- Sole Provider
- New Practice – Looking For a Dentist to Come In And Help Build The Practice
Responsibilities:
- Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
- Would Consider 4 Days
