Job Description

Position:
- Start Date: ASAP, pending credentialing
- Credentialing Time frame: 7-12 days
- Schedule: 4-5 days per week
- Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Fridays let out early
- Practice Make-up: 13 operatories
- Procedures: Bread and Butter, Same day treatment
- Support Staff: Two Hygienist
- Patient Volume: 8-13 patients per day
Compensation:
- Daily guarantee
- Weekly pay
- Medical malpractice insurance coverage
