GENERAL DENTIST: SCHOOL-BASED CLINIC

Position Highlights:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Financial Package: $160,000–$200,000 base salary with a straight-salary model and no production, collections, or encounter-based risk.
• Additional Bonus Incentives: $12,000 annual bonus paid quarterly at $3,000 per quarter and tied to attendance and quality metrics.
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 sign-on bonus plus an additional $5,000 retention payment at the one-year anniversary.
• Relocation Stipend: $5,000 relocation assistance.

Qualifications:

• Degree: DDS or DMD required.
• Certifications: Not specified.
• Licensure: Mississippi dental license may be pending at time of offer.
• Skillset: General dentist comfortable treating pediatric patients across the K–12 age range, as well as adult school district staff. A public health mindset is highly valued.
• Experience: Two to three years of independent practice experience preferred; new graduates may be considered.
• Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship available, including H-1B and F-1 transfers. Foreign-trained dentists are welcome.
