General Dentist Locums | 4 Days per Week | Missoula, MT

A busy Missoula practice is seeking a general dentist for ongoing coverage beginning November 23. With steady patient demand, modern technology, and a well-established support team, this is an opportunity to step into a productive general dentistry schedule.

An office manager who is also a hygienist, a treatment coordinator, 3–4 dental assistants, and 4 hygienists support the dentists.

The Role:

• Location: Missoula, MT 59808
• Schedule: Four days per week, Monday through Friday
• Hours: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Patient Volume: Approximately 20–30 patients per dentist daily; the practice can see up to 10 new patients in a day
• Clinical Scope: Fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions
• Tech Stack: Open Dental, CBCT scanner, TRIOS 5 intraoral scanner, iTero, and photogrammetry
• Preferred Skills: Invisalign experience is highly desirable; implant experience is a plus
• Compensation: Competitive pay based on clinical scope. The practice provides a two-bedroom apartment approximately six minutes from the office and covers mileage.

What is Needed:

• Credentials: Clear, active Montana dental license and current BLS certification. DEA registration and Invisalign certification are highly preferred.
• Onboarding: Credentialing typically takes 1–2 weeks.
• Practice Fit: A dentist comfortable with a busy general dentistry schedule and a well-supported clinical team.
