About the Role Our growing, quality-focused dental practice is seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate General Dentist to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, utilizing modern technology in a supportive environment supported by an experienced administrative and clinical staff.

• Compensation: 30% – 35% of Collections (based on experience)

• Daily Guarantee: $1,000 / day minimum guarantee during initial transition period

• Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time options available

• Schedule: Flexible scheduling available

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Patient Management

• Perform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality general and restorative dentistry procedures (e.g., fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, endodontics, and preventive care).

• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and long-term preventive care in a clear, empathetic manner.

• Build strong rapport with patients to reduce dental anxiety and ensure positive clinical outcomes.

Clinical Quality & Compliance

• Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely patient electronic health records (EHR).

• Direct and supervise dental assistants and hygienists regarding patient care and clinical protocols.

• Adhere to strict safety standards, infection control procedures, HIPAA regulations, and state dental board guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

Required:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from a CODA-accredited institution.

• Active, unrestricted State Dental License (or eligible to obtain).

• Active DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification.

• Excellent communication, diagnostic, and clinical skills.

Preferred:

• 1+ years of post-residency or clinical practice experience (AEGD/GPR or private practice; ambitious new grads welcome to apply).

• Proficiency in expanded procedures (e.g., molar endo, surgical extractions, clear aligners, or implant placement/restoration).
