An established, family-owned, multi-specialty dental group is seeking a General Dentist to join its Appleton, Wisconsin practice. This is an opportunity to step into an established patient base while maintaining the clinical autonomy to practice the way you want.

There are no production caps, and dentists have the ability to expand into procedures such as implants, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics based on their interests, training, and credentialing. In-house specialists are also available for collaboration and referrals.

Compensation

• Recent offers have included $200,000+ guaranteed base compensation plus percentage of production
• 12-month base salary guarantee
  
• $375,000+ earning potential based on production and procedure mix
• Incentive compensation based on net revenue
• Up to $50,000 signing/retention bonus

Practice Highlights

• Established patient panel from day one
• Approximately 2,000–4,000 patients per provider panel
• Average of 12–15 patients per day, plus hygiene exams
• Approximately 25–30 new patients per month
• 4 operatories per dentist
• Dedicated team including:
  • 1–2 hygienists
  • 2–3 dental assistants
  • Dedicated administrative support
• Additional clinical support can be added as volume grows
• No production limits
• Freedom to incorporate specialty procedures within your credentialed scope

Schedule

• Full-time position; Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek structure
• Clinic hours:
  • Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; 1 Saturday 7a-12p per month

Qualifications
