Who We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Louisiana dental license or ability to obtain one
• Strong foundation in comprehensive general dentistry
• Patient-first approach with excellent communication and treatment-planning skills
• Interest in building a practice, developing a team, and growing clinically and financially
• Experienced dentists are strongly encouraged to apply; new graduates with leadership potential may also be considered with structured mentorship and support
