Associate Dentist – Implant & Surgical Focus | Amarillo, TX
The Opportunity
A busy two-doctor implant and comprehensive practice in Amarillo is replacing an associate and adding a full-time seat. The practice produces about $3 million a year, sees about 40 new patients a month, and draws patients from up to 200 miles away. You will have full clinical autonomy and train directly under a mentor who has placed more than 25,000 implants and 3,500 fixed full arches.
Schedule
4 days per week, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. No evenings, no Saturdays.
Practice Snapshot
- About 3,500 active patients and about 25 patients per day
- 50% PPO and 50% fee-for-service. No Medicaid or Medicare.
- CBCT, intraoral scanner, iCam photogrammetry, digital X-rays, and Denticon
- Long-tenured team of 2 hygienists, 3 assistants, and 4 administrative staff
Compensation: $320,000–$375,000 expected annual earnings. $300,000 guaranteed annual draw, paid twice monthly. 30% of collections on general dentistry, with a negotiable blended rate on full-arch cases.
