They should combine strong clinical abilities with exceptional chairside manner, clear communication, sound judgment, efficiency, and a patient-centered approach to treatment acceptance and care

What You’ll Do

• Examining patients to determine oral health needs, utilizing x-rays and other diagnostic equipment and procedures
• Provide exams and emergency dental care in an outpatient setting
• Deliver efficient, patient-focused treatment while maintaining daily workflow
• Assist with leading and supervising office team members
• Staying productive during both slower and busier teams
• Focus on patient experience and support a developing office
• Maintain accurate documentation and continuity of care
