• Compensation Structure: Production Commission (30% to 35% of collections) backed by a Daily Guarantee

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused General Dentist to join a thriving, well-established dental practice. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, high-quality oral healthcare, diagnosing and treating patients of all ages while utilizing modern clinical equipment and techniques.

To ensure stability while you build and expand your patient base, this position offers a secure Daily Guarantee paired with a highly competitive production structure paying 30% to 35% of collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.

• Provide standard general dentistry procedures, including restorations (fillings, crowns, bridges), endodontics (root canals), extractions, fixed/removable prosthodontics, and preventative care.

• Educate patients on optimal oral hygiene habits, preventative care, and proposed treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation using electronic health record (EHR) / practice management software.

• Lead and collaborate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and front-desk administrative staff to ensure an efficient daily workflow.

• Comply with all local, state, and federal dental board regulations, OSHA guidelines, and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications & Credentials

• Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered state dental license (or eligibility to obtain one prior to start).

• Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification and valid DEA registration.

• Experience: Open to both experienced clinicians and strong new graduates (GPR/AEGD residency completed preferred).

• Chairside Manner: Strong communication skills with an emphasis on patient comfort, empathy, and relationship-building.
