Job Description
Registered Dental Hygienist
Arizona
Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedule; Monday - Thursday
- Relaxed Patient Flow: 6-8 patients per day, with extra time for new patients and scaling and root planing
- Environment: Community health clinic with medical, pharmacy, and dental
- Culture & Support: Close-knit dental team inside a larger medical team. You will work closely with medical providers and collaborate with the entire team

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $50/hr, with room to increase based on experience
- Additional Bonus Incentives: Extra pay through the affiliated hygiene program for qualified hygienists
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Short and long-term disability. 403(b) with up to a 3% match. PTO and sick leave. 8 paid holidays
- Relocation Stipend: Up to $5,000
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $50,000, subject to state and federal funding
- Professional Development: 20 hours of paid CMEs
Qualifications:
- Degree: Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
- Licensure: Active Arizona RDH license, or eligible to obtain one
- Skillset: Confident working in community health, public health, tribal health, or IHS is a plus
- Personal Qualities: Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working with patients from many different backgrounds
