Job Description
We are seeking a Dentist for a 6-day assignment in South Carolina. The schedule typically runs from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, occasionally extending to 3:00 PM. This role focuses on providing essential preventive and basic restorative dental care for a school-based program, encompassing exams, hygiene, fillings, and occasional extractions for students in underserved communities, without involving complex procedures like crowns or bridges.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide routine dental examinations and hygiene examinations.
- Perform fillings and basic restorative care.
- Conduct occasional primary and baby tooth extractions.
- Handle rare permanent tooth extractions for teenage patients when clinically indicated.
- Deliver essential preventive and restorative dental care to children within a school-based program.
- Focus on straightforward procedures, excluding complex restorative cases such as crowns and bridges.

- This is an outpatient, school-based dental program.
- The clinic facilitates transportation for students from their schools to the dental clinic for appointments.
