Compensation

The practice offers a production-based compensation model designed to reward productivity and growth:

• 30% of adjusted collections up to $80,000/month
• 35% on collections from $80,000–$100,000/month
• 37% on collections from $100,000–$160,000/month
• 40% on collections from $160,000–$200,000/month
• Daily guarantee for the first 180 days
• $100,000 productivity bonus for exceeding $2.4 million in adjusted collections over a trailing 12-month period
