Job Description

Associate Dentist – White Center, Seattle, WA

Part-Time | 3 Days/Week | $800/Day Minimum for First 90 Days → $700/Day Permanent Minimum + 31% Adjusted Production | Partnership Opportunity

We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Associate Dentist to join our established dental practice in the White Center area of Seattle.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants a flexible part-time schedule, competitive compensation, modern technology, a supportive team, and the possibility of a long-term partnership.

We are actively interviewing and looking for someone available to join the practice soon.

Our practice is growing, and we are looking for the right dentist to grow with us. The ideal candidate enjoys providing excellent patient care, values a positive team environment, and shares our commitment to comprehensive, high-quality dentistry.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $800 daily minimum/guarantee for the first 90 days, based on a typical 7-hour clinical day.
  • $700 daily minimum/guarantee permanently after the initial 90-day period.
  • 31% of adjusted production, with compensation based on whichever is higher: the applicable daily minimum or 31% of adjusted production.
  • $1,000 annual continuing education (CE) stipend.
  • Strong earning potential as your schedule and production grow.
  • Compensation may be discussed based on experience, clinical skills, and qualifications.

Schedule

  • Part-time, approximately 3 days per week.
  • Wednesdays + Thursdays or Fridays.
  • Alternating Mondays or Fridays approximately 1–2 times per month.
  • Flexible scheduling — we are open to discussing a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
  • Opportunity to add additional days in the future as the practice grows.

Why Join Our Practice?

  • Established practice with a strong patient base.
  • Supportive, experienced dental team.
  • Medium-paced environment focused on quality patient care.
  • Modern technology, including CEREC CAD/CAM for same-day crowns, a Dandy digital scanner, and laser therapy.
  • Opportunity to expand your clinical skills and areas of expertise.
  • Opportunity to perform more procedures in-house and reduce outside referrals.
  • Potential to help expand office hours and services within the community.
  • Long-term partnership opportunity for the right candidate.
  • Professional autonomy with the support of an established team.
  • $1,000 annual CE stipend to support continued professional development.

About the Partnership Opportunity

This is more than a traditional associate position. The goal is to develop a long-term partnership with the right dentist, with the opportunity to enjoy many of the benefits of practice ownership without taking on the full responsibilities alone.

As the practice grows, there is an opportunity to develop complementary areas of clinical expertise, expand services offered in-house, reduce outside referrals, and create additional professional and financial growth opportunities.

Personality and clinical philosophy are especially important. The ideal candidate enjoys dentistry, takes pride in patient care, works well with the team, and is interested in building something long-term.

Clinical Responsibilities

The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:

  • Comprehensive dental examinations and diagnosis
  • Treatment planning and case presentation
  • Preventive and restorative dentistry
  • Fillings and treatment of dental decay
  • Treatment of cracked and fractured teeth
  • Root canal therapy
  • Extractions and appropriate surgical procedures
  • Diagnosis and treatment of oral disease
  • X-rays and diagnostic interpretation
  • Local anesthesia and appropriate sedation
  • Dental appliance planning
  • Patient education and oral hygiene instruction
  • Post-treatment and aftercare
  • Appropriate medication prescribing
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records
  • Providing exceptional patient-centered care

Qualifications

  • D.D.S. or D.M.D. from a CODA-accredited dental school
  • Current Washington State dental license or eligibility for licensure
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong clinical skills and sound clinical judgment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach
  • Commitment to ethical, high-quality dentistry
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

New graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply. We welcome dentists at different stages of their careers and will consider experience, qualifications, clinical abilities, and overall fit when determining the appropriate compensation.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a dentist who is:

  • Patient-focused and compassionate
  • Positive and personable
  • Clinically confident or eager to continue developing
  • A strong communicator
  • A team player
  • Interested in modern dental technology
  • Interested in developing areas of clinical expertise
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity rather than simply another associate position

If you're looking for a great patient base, supportive team, modern technology, flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and a potential path toward partnership, we'd love to hear from you.

We are actively interviewing and looking for someone who is available to join the practice soon. Apply today and tell us a little about yourself, your clinical interests, and what you're looking for in your next opportunity.
