About the POSITION

Holistic / Biological General Dentist – Brentwood, Tennessee

We are seeking an experienced Holistic / Biological General Dentist to join an established, patient-focused practice in Brentwood, Tennessee, one of the most desirable communities in the Nashville area.

This is not a traditional general dentistry opportunity. The ideal dentist must be currently practicing holistic or biological dentistry and genuinely believe in the connection between oral health and whole-body wellness. The patient population specifically seeks this philosophy of care, so prior hands-on experience in the holistic/biological space is essential.

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One Friday per month: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Start: ASAP
• Established patient base with patients who actively seek holistic and biological dental care

About the PRACTICE

This is an established holistic and biological dental practice in the Brentwood/Cool Springs area, serving patients throughout Middle Tennessee and attracting patients from outside the immediate Nashville market because of its specialized approach.

The practice is mercury-free and mercury-safe and takes an integrative approach to dentistry, emphasizing the relationship between oral health, inflammation, systemic health, and overall wellness.

• Holistic restorative and cosmetic dentistry
• Safe mercury/amalgam removal using established IAOMT protocols

Required HOLISTIC / BIOLOGICAL Experience

This position requires a dentist who is already practicing within the holistic/biological dental community. Someone simply interested in transitioning into holistic dentistry would not be the ideal fit.

Preferred credentials include:

• SMART Certification through the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), with training in the Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique
• IAOMT Accreditation (AIAOMT) and/or
• IABDM Certified Biological Dentist (C-IABDM)

The practice may consider a dentist who currently holds one of the applicable credentials if they are committed to completing the additional training/certification.

Above all, the dentist should authentically embrace the philosophy of whole-body health, biological dentistry, biocompatible materials, and patient-centered wellness.

• $1,000 daily guarantee for the first 5 months
• Transition to 33%–35% of collections, depending on experience
