Job Description
Registered Dental Hygienist

- Favorable Call Schedule: No call. When you clock out, you're done.
- Culture & Support: Work alongside a team of about seven hygienists with dental assistant support as needed. Receptionists handle recall, waitlists, and last-minute cancellations, and the Associate Director is a practicing hygienist who gets it.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Relocation Assistance: Use your sign-on bonus toward moving costs with no expense reporting required. Studio apartments are available through employee housing in nearby Bremerton, about 20 minutes away.
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance: PCHS is an NHSC and Washington State loan repayment site with a HPSA score of 16. The Flexible Plan adds up to $300 per month to keep interest at bay while you await HRSA approval.

- Degree: Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
- Certifications: Active CPR certification (PCHS can help you obtain this)
- Licensure: Active Washington State Dental Hygiene license and a valid driver's license. Candidates may interview while licensure is in process as long as they are eligible, so out-of-state hygienists are encouraged to apply.
- Skillset: Patient-centered and mission-driven with a heart for community health. Comfortable with heavier calculus cases and patients who are less consistent with recall, plus a team player.
- Experience: New graduates through seasoned hygienists . No minimum experience required, and PCHS is proud to be a first career home.
