Dentist - MD

We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a 12-day assignment in Maryland. The client prefers a schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, with shifts typically running from 8 AM to 4 PM, and 8 AM to 2 PM on Fridays. This role involves providing comprehensive general dentistry, including crowns, bridges, root canals, and surgical extractions, with a focus on optimal patient care and productivity.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Diagnose and develop optimal treatment plans for patients, prioritizing patient needs over insurance status.
• Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including crowns, bridges, root canals, placing implants, surgical extractions, dentures, and restorative work.
• Maintain a productive schedule and efficient procedure times while ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Deliver an excellent chairside manner and provide a strong patient experience.
• Be comfortable identifying and completing same-day dentistry/treatment whenever clinically appropriate.

• Requirements: 5+ years of experience. Candidates open to a temp-to-perm opportunity are highly preferred.
