Associate Dentist | Oklahoma City, OK

Position Overview

• Practice: Modern, growing dental practice
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday; Friday may also be available
• Compensation: 30% of net production
• Experience: 1+ year required
• Primary Procedures:
  • Comprehensive exams and treatment planning
  • Fillings and restorative dentistry
  • Crowns and bridges
  • Root canals, including molar endodontics
  • Extractions, including surgical extractions
  • Single implant placement
  • Preventive and hygiene-related care
• Clinical Environment: Fast-paced practice with an expectation that the dentist can effectively manage two columns of clinical dentistry while simultaneously navigating the treatment and oversight of hygiene columns.
• You'll work closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to provide an efficient, high-quality patient experience.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Oklahoma dental license in good standing
• 1+ year of clinical experience
• Experience with surgical extractions, single implant placement, and molar endodontics
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to comprehensive, ethical, patient-centered care
