The Opportunity

Join a short-term coverage assignment with the enthusiastic and connected team at a practice in Hampstead, NC. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced, easy-going provider who enjoys working in a collaborative, camaraderie-focused office culture and is comfortable providing same-day treatment in a fast-paced environment.

The provider will assist with exams, emergency visits, and bread-and-butter dentistry, including fixed prosthodontics, removable prosthetics, composite fillings, endodontics, and simple/surgical extractions. Experience with Invisalign is also preferred. The office is equipped with a WaveOne endodontic system but does not have CBCT or an implant system at this location.

The hygiene schedule includes a mix of new patients and recare, and the provider should be comfortable maintaining smooth patient flow while working alongside a supportive and energetic team.

What You’ll Do

• Examining patients to determine oral health needs, utilizing x-rays and other diagnostic equipment and procedures
• Provide exams and emergency dental care in an outpatient setting
• Deliver efficient, patient-focused treatment while maintaining daily workflow
• Assist with leading and supervising office team members
• Staying productive during both slower and busier teams
• Focus on patient experience and support a developing office
