  • Office Breakdown: 5 operatories, 2 are for hygiene
  • Support Staff: RDA and DA as well as an Office Manager
  • Procedures: Bread-and-butter dentistry, Invisalign maintenance, no implants
  • Payer Mix: All fee-for-service
