Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Dentist for a 3-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania. The client requires a professional to perform a range of essential procedures including surgical extractions, denture steps, crown and bridge work, and comprehensive treatment planning. The schedule for this assignment will follow specific hours: Mondays and Thursdays from 8am to 6pm, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7:30am to 5pm, and Fridays from 8am to 1pm.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform required procedures including but not limited to: Surgical extractions, Denture steps/Digital dentures, Crown & Bridge, and Comprehensive treatment planning.
- Manage various types of extractions including simple, surgical, and full mouth procedures.
- Clearly communicate any procedure limitations.
Additional Information
- Specific requirements: Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Setting: Outpatient
- Call Schedule: No Call
- Patients per day: 6 new patients, 15 established patients
- LOA: 3 Days
- Staffing Mix: Clinical Staff includes 1 or 2 Registered Dental Hygienists (RDH) and 3 Dental Assistants (DAs)
