I’m currently working with a respected dental practice that is actively seeking a General Dentist for a permanent opportunity in Arlington, GA. Position Overview:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Current staff:
  • Doctors: 1 Dentist (owner, works Mondays only)
  • Support Staff: 2 RDH, 1 DA, 1 Front Desk
• Schedule: Tues-Thurs; 8a-5p
• Patients per day: 25 patients per day
• Types for Procedures: Composites, Extractions, Implants, Bridges, Root canals, Dentures/Removables, Botox, Clear correct/Braces/Invisalign
• Patient age range: General practice – mostly adults
• Payor make-up: Fee-for-service, Peach State
• Technologies: Older Tech – willing to buy anything that the right doctor wants

Compensation

• A daily rate while the doctor ramps up production
• 35% of collections (open to 35% of production)
• Lab Fees – typically paying 35% of their lab fees
• Partnership – available for the right candidate
• Benefits: Medical, in-house dental, 401(k) with match after 1 year, short/long term disability

Requirements

• Active Georgia State License
• DDS or DMD from an accredited university
