Position Overview

• Location: Washington, GA
• Provider Type Needed: General Dentist
• Practice: Established, long-standing general dental practice
• Team: Practice Manager, 2 Hygienists (HYG), 2 Dental Assistants
• Schedule: 4 days per week
  • Mon: 8:30am–6:30pm
  • Tue: 8:30am–5:30pm
  • Wed: 8:30am–5:30pm
  • Thu: 8:30am–1:00pm
  • Fri: Closed

Compensation

• Daily Rate: $750/day for the first 4 months
• Transitioning to 33.33% of collections thereafter
• Offer Major Medical, Vision, internal dental discounts, a package of ancillary benefits
• $2K in CE per year reimbursement

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Georgia state dental license (or ability to obtain)
