Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Dentist specializing in Dentistry for a 5-day assignment in New York, commencing on Dec 18, 2023. The schedule involves working Mon-Thurs from 8am to 5pm and Fri from 8am to 1pm, with a modified schedule on Dec 24. This role requires providing sole provider general dentistry services, including performing extractions and fitting dentures for patients.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide sole provider general dentistry services.
- Perform extractions and manage denture fittings.
- Work Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1pm, with a modified schedule of 7am-1pm.
Additional Information
- Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Controlled Substances Registration (CSR), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
- Setting: Outpatient clinic only.
- Patient volume: Approximately 20 patients per day.
- LOA: 5 Days.
- Staffing mix includes 1 Registered Dental Hygienist and 4 Dental Assistants.
