General Dentist needed
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices.
- Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver excellent patient care.
- Uphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
- Active NY dental license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong clinical skills and treatment planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care.
- New graduates and experienced dentists welcome.
Compensation
- Negotiable daily guarantee or 30% of collections, whichever is greater, for the first 6 months.
- After 6 months:
- 30% of monthly collections up to $50,000.
- 35% of monthly collections exceeding $50,000.
